Book Corner 1 - History of Mankind

In exploring the field of "mind-being," there are many fabulous books covering a wide variety of subjects. It would be useful to have a section in the Newsletter which periodically reviews some of these books.
This month, let's explore books on some alternative histories of man. These also describe basic aspects of sacred geometry, ascension, past lives, alien visitations, and archeological findings.
Drunvalo Melchizedek, author of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life (Volumes 1 & 2) brought back the fundamentals of sacred geometry with the Flower of Life -- the pattern which is the geometric basis of creation. In Volume 1, there is an excellent section on an alternative history of man, describing an advanced alien race from our solar system who engineered humans to use them for their mining endeavors. History is described from early time to that of the Egyptian civilization. Volume 2 continues the story, further describes sacred geometry and creation/embryogenesis, the nature of chakras, and teaches the merkaba meditation and ascension.
Thomas Sugrue is author of The Story of Edgar Cayce: There is a River Edgar Cayce not only helped to heal many people by describing therapies while in a trance, he also gave 'life readings,' which described their lives before their current incarnation. A number of the life readings involved the Essenes, the religious group closely associated with the birth and education of Christ. Much of their history has now been confirmed via archeological findings.
Zecharia Sitchin is author of The Earth Chronicles books, with The End of Days concluding the series. They document the teachings from the Sumerian clay tablets which tell about the Anunnaki - visitors from Nibiru (our 12th planet) who set themselves as gods and engineered humans as workers; much of the biblical stories and the Egyptian 'gods,' the pyramids, etc. are associated with their presence. Five thousand years ago the Sumerians knew all about the solar system - the planets, their orbits and distances -- all from the outermost planets inward. Much of the Bible and Egyptian religions that make up our legends of wars and biblical histories may have their origins with these 'alien' gods.

The book describes some of the history of mankind, with different groups reincarnating on Earth, some to continue their growth in consciousness (Maldek), and others to help in the growth of humanity (Wanderers). Humanity is in the 3rd density (awareness of self) hoping to ascend to the 4th density (love and understanding of the Law of One). RA is of the 6th density and has been a help to humanity, working with the civilizations at various points in our history (Atlantis, South America, and Egypt).
You are every thing, every being, every emotion, every situation.
You are unity. You are infinity.
You are love/light, light/love.

Magicians of the Gods
In Magicians of the Gods, Graham Hancock explores a very advanced civilization which was destroyed by the flood about 12,000 years ago. But there were survivors -- known to later cultures by such names as ‘the Sages,' 'the Magicians,' 'the Shining Ones,' and 'the Mystery Teachers of Heaven.' They travelled the world in their great ships doing everything in their power to keep the spark of civilization burning. They settled at key locations -- Gobekli Tepe in Turkey, Baalbek in Lebanon, Giza in Egypt, in ancient Sumer, Mexico, Peru and across the Pacific (where a huge pyramid has recently been discovered in Indonesia). Everywhere they went these 'Magicians of the Gods' brought with them the memory of a time when mankind had fallen out of harmony with the universe and paid a heavy price.
