Margaret MacTaggart
Connecting with Spirit
Scottish Mediumship Demonstration

Margaret MacTaggart, the youngest of 8 children born into a family gifted with ‘second sight’ will talk about the world of Scottish mediumship and demonstrate traditional platform reading. Her mother, an exceptional medium brought her children up in the Spiritualist Church of Scotland. Margaret's mother had development circles in her home and continuing in her footsteps, Margaret holds regular Spirit circles.   She started to ‘hear' and ‘see’ in these circles, and has practiced since 1988 as a psychic/medium and healer.

She will deliver messages to audience members, so come prepared for a special evening.  Her greatest passion is to help others through evidence from Spirit. She accepts no reimbursement for her readings. She respects her Spiritualist faith and does not take credit for it; she gives all credit to Spirit!

Margaret says the key is regular meditation and she recommends starting with 5 minutes per day.   She regularly meditates  for 45 minutes. As part of her ongoing training, she attends Spiritualist churches throughout Scotland where she demonstrates her evidential mediumship.

Channeling of the Challenger Astronauts by Date

FMBR has added a new section to the Challenger website (www.challengercc.org) – the channeling information organized by the dates when the channeling occurred as contrasted to the current information organized autobiographically by each astronaut’s own story.
Channel by DateAs previously described, Jeanne Love and Regina Ochoa channeled the astronauts from the day of the explosion of the Challenger Space Shuttle on January 28, 1986 through January 28, 1988. Except for Christa’s first incoherent communication on the day of the disaster, all sessions were recorded and subsequently transcribed. The number of astronauts coming through in a session varied from just one up to the whole crew.

The thinking of the astronauts evolved markedly over the two years. Trauma and disorientation marked the earliest sessions. Then came the grieving process they and their families went through. Throughout the two years, the crew’s understanding of the nature and cause of the accident grew, while their hopes waned that they might influence future decision-making to prevent future incidents.

Their desire to influence those on earth narrowed to conveying one message: our existence does not cease with death. All grew in the conviction that knowledge of this one fact would help us release the fear of death, enabling us to focus on what really matters in life.

You can read these transcripts two different ways:
1) By crew member, for the arc of each crew member’s evolution from hours after death until two years later.
2) By session date, to easily observe those thoughts and feelings that were largely held in common by the crew at each point in time.

2016 FMBR Story Contest

All the stories that were entered in the FMBR short story contest completed in 2016 are now on the FMBR website. There were a total of four stories entered, now all can be accessed from

2016 Short Stories.

Read them all, they are each very different from the other, as we are each so different.
