Parapsychology and Physics: Understanding the Dynamics of the Mind
New advances in mind-consciousness development and remote viewing communications are introducing changes in our traditional paradigms of science. Results are now overwhelmingly confirming that we are living in a quantum world with extended spacetime models working with cosmological constants in a multiverse. The power of consciousness is clearly able to work directly with nonlocality, revealing the ability to sense and know objects at a great distance, as well as influence targets. In this interconnected world, the observer is not aloof nor isolated from the world, but connected with this spacetime and other dimensions of understanding.

Rauscher and the Hurtaks will present their recent work with Remote Viewing that they did together and also the implementation of quantum events involving a greater mind dynamics. Consciousness development is beginning to play a key role in the increasing of intelligence on planet Earth, inclusive of sub-consciousness and global consciousness pathways. A new roadmap for humanity is appearing as we begin to see ourselves and humanity as a "cosmo-planetary-quantum being."

Wonders in the Sky
Unexplained Aerial Phenomena from Antiquity to Modern Times

Since the end of World War II, many individual researchers, newspapers, and military agencies have recorded thousands of incidents involving aerial phenomena, often called UFOs. These accounts gave rise to much speculation about flying saucers, visitors from other planets and alien abductions, generally thought to be a recent development. Yet the phenomenon did not begin in the present era.
Jacques Valle's most recent research with Chris Aubeck and the "Magoniax" group on the web has resulted in a new, limited collectors' edition of their book, "Wonders in the Sky." It reveals a thread of vividly rendered -- and sometimes strikingly similar -- reports of mysterious aerial phenomena from antiquity through the modern age. These accounts share definite physical features -- such as the complex evolution of the objects in flight, their spherical or discoid shape and their luminous characteristics -- that have changed little over the centuries, yet have remained unexplained. This work charts a complete chronology, ensuring that cases meet a standard measure of credibility via a specific person on the record having witnessed an event at a specific time and place.

Speaker's Bio
Jacques Valle holds a master's degree in astrophysics from France and a Ph.D. in computer science from Northwestern University, where he served as an associate of Dr. J. Allen Hynek, the scientific consultant to the U.S. Air Force on the UFO problem. He is the author of several books about high technology and unidentified phenomena, a subject that first attracted his attention as an astronomer in Paris. While analyzing observations from many parts of the world, he became intrigued by the similarities in patterns between modern sightings and historical reports of encounters with flying objects and their occupants in every culture. The result was the seminal book Passport to Magonia, published in 1969. Later, Jacques would become the model for the French scientist character in Stephen Spielberg's Close Encounters played by Franois Truffaut.
After a career as an information scientist with Stanford Research Institute and the Institute for the Future, where he served as a principal investigator for the groupware project on the Arpanet, the prototype of the Internet, Jacques Valle cofounded a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, where he works.

Cell Phone Radiation and Our Health

Cellular telephones are now the leading personal communication devices with 7 billion cell phones used worldwide. A growing number of these are "smart" phones that are replacing other technology in our lives, with email capability, camera, recorders, web surfing, and numerous other functions. Yet questions remain about their safety. The US guideline of specific absorption rate (SAR) at or below 1.6 watts/kg is solely based on heating effects, while numerous peer-reviewed research reports show that low-level microwaves may cause a range of nonthermal bioeffects.
A pilot study with 10 adult volunteers was conducted by Rubik to look for any changes in blood cell morphology following human exposure to a smart phone under controlled conditions. Fresh peripheral blood samples were collected and photographed under a microscope, before and after subjects wore a smart phone in a backpack for 45 minutes followed by active use of the smart phone for another 45 minutesblood microphotographs were scored forvarious parameters. Nine of 10 subjects showed unhealthy blood changes. Such effects on the blood, if long term, are significant and would be expected to pose cardiovascular issues.
Speaker's Bio
Beverly Rubik earned her Ph.D. in biophysics at the University of California at Berkeley. She is internationally renowned for her research at the cutting edge of science and medicine and has received several awards for her research. She serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine; Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine; and The Journal of Vortex Science and Technology. She is a professor at Energy Medicine University; adjunct professor at California Institute of Integral Studies and Saybrook University; a consultant to industry on maverick wellness products; and a holistic health practitioner advising clients on enhanced self-care.
Dr. Rubik founded the Institute for Frontier Science (IFS) in 1996. Laurance S. Rockefeller, Sr., helped support the founding of the IFS. In 2002, IFS was awarded an NIH center grant for frontier medicine research on biofield science in consortium with researchers at the University of Arizona. Dr. Rubik was a project director in this consortium and supervised studies on Reiki, a form of Japanese spiritual healing, and on qigong therapy, a healing practice that originated in China.

Placing the BEING Back in Human

Throughout the world, the prophesies from diverse cultures are being realized. The quickening - the acceleration of time in our lives and the insidious force of domestication - is contributing to the forgetting of our fundamental humanity. Our survival and those of our relations will depend upon the remembrance of how and what it means to be a human being upon the Earth, our Mother - knowledge Indigenous peoples continue to carry. Drawing upon indigenous wisdom and practices, we explore, remember and cultivate the very nature of who we are, what we are here to accomplish and our legacy to the future generations. A Ceremony in honor of the Full Moon, conducted in a traditional manner, is a part of the evening.
Speaker's Bio
Of mixed ancestry and thrice struck by lightning, Phillip Scott has walked the Native Path for over thirty years, learning from and sanctioned by traditional Medicine/Holy people, tribal spiritual leaders, Wisdomkeepers and elders from several Indigenous cultures. Annually Sundancing in the Lakota tradition for over two decades, he is a ceremonial leader, entrusted to share Indigenous wisdom and traditional healing practices with the contemporary world. Interviewed both nationally and internationally on radio, television and for newspapers, his life, experience and writings have been featured in journals and books. In addition to directing and teaching the programs at Ancestral Voice - Institute for Indigenous Lifeways in Northern California, Institute FaceBook page, which he founded in 1994, he maintains a private healing practice, performs ceremonies, conducts intensives, gives lectures and leads pilgrimages worldwide. He is skilled in survival and primitive technologies, has received a Masters degree from Naropa University and is also a licensed EMT.

Dreams That Can Save Your Life: Early Warning Signs of Cancer
Modern medicine emphasizes high tech diagnostic methods such as MRI and laboratory tests with little credence given to intuitive approaches to the acquisition of knowledge about disease. However, dreams have provided useful information in medical diagnosis for centuries from ancient shamanic traditions to the healing temples of Asclepius. Shamans would dream intentionally for ailing tribal members as well as interpret dreams that occurred during a healing crisis. Pilgrims to Asclepieia would incubate healing dreams overnight in the temples of Asclepius, the Greek God of Medicine.

Recent anecdotal reports of women dreaming their breast cancers led to a survey of 18 women published in the 2015 May/June issue of Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing, Warning Dreams Preceding the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer: A Survey of the Most Important Characteristics. These vivid, extraordinary dreams were described as life changing experiences characterized by a sense of conviction about their importance. In more than half of the cases, the dreams prompted medical attention, were shared with consulting doctors, provided the location of the tumors, and led directly to diagnosis.
Some of the breast cancer dreamers also reported using their dreams for healing during their therapy. As a follow up to this study, reports of warning dreams for other types of cancers are being collected for a new book on the subject. Thus far, these dreams include warnings about thyroid, prostate, skin, brain, lung, uterine, colon, and kidney cancers. Hopefully this research will lead to a return of dreams to a position of importance in the holistic medicine of the future. The goal is to inspire everyone to adopt the time-honored habit of keeping a dream diary with the modern option of doing it on a smart phone.

Free Energy Devices and UFOs: Status and In Depth Reviews
What is a Free-Energy Device (FE) or an Over-Unity Machine (OU)? Are they real? Has anyone ever built one? Who is looking into this kind of research?
What are UFOs? Are they real? Has anyone on Earth ever built one? Who is looking into this kind of research?
On the surface, these topics and questions seem simple and very easy to answer.

However, when they are investigated with facts without any set point-of-view, the answers are very surprising and sometimes shocking.
Dr. Bailey and a few other researchers created the Institute for New Energy in 1993 from interest in the International Association for New Science and the American Nuclear Society. He has been the INE President and the webmaster for over 20 years. Their members have monitored and researched many FE and OU claims and devices since 1995. What happened to the interesting devices? What happened to the inventors when they submitted for US Patents? What is the status now?
If UFOs are real, then what is their energy source? Modern physics says that they cannot do what radar tracks indicate that they have been seen to do.
Perhaps the real problem is the outdated theories of 1930s physics and old fashioned nuclear theory that is still taught today! What new energy sources could be used? Is there really an Ether surrounding the Earth, not a vacuum in space, from which energy could be extracted?
If these platforms could be built, then why are they not in use our world today?
Or, are they really now in use, and we just cannot see them? Why would that be so?

The Spiritual Transformative Power of Ayahuasca
The unique combination of at least two tropical plants, ayahuasca has unique spiritual, educational, and psychotherapeutic properties. As a result, there are several dozen spiritual and therapyueitc centers. most of them in Peru, that have attracted overseas visitors trying to attain spiritual insights or to obtain relief from chronic pain, acute depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. No longitudinal research is available, but a well-designed study has revealed no short-term or long-term negative effects on the part of church members using this “sacrament.”
Stanley Krippner’s interest in ayahuasca goes back to his years at Northwestern University in the late 1950s. The anthropologist William McGovern spoke about his expedition to Peru in which a shaman imbibed "yage" and described, in detail, a funeral ceremony for a chief of a distant tribe, an event later verified by McGovern and documented in his book Jungle Paths and Inca Ruins, recently republished. When Stanley was directing dream research at Maimonides Center he was able to use his hospital connections to obtain a small bottle of harmaline, one of the active ingredients of this brew, also called "hoasca."

Later, he was invited to participate in religious services where ayahusca is considered a sacrament, a perspective recently affirmed by a unanimous decision of the U.S.Supreme Court in regard to the Santa Daime and Uniao de Vegetable churches. He later did the first content analysis study of ayahusaca experiences with a student who is active in a church on the island of Hawaii.

Afterlife Communication
Eight years ago in San Francisco, Jordan McKay was murdered riding home from work on his bicycle. He was 23. Jordan's father, Dr. Matthew McKay, was determined to make contact after his death. He sought reconnection through mediums, shamanistic rituals, meditation, past life and between lives regressions, as well as techniques such as "Induced After Death Communication" and channeled writing. Eventually, Dr. McKay found channeled writing to be the most effective and reliable way to converse with Jordan. He took these conversations and put them in a book, thus Seeking Jordan was born.

In the book, Jordan deeply examines topics such as:
• Why we reincarnate and the purpose of life.
• The role of psychological and physical pain in soul development.
• The relationship between individual souls and collective consciousness (the Divine/Source, All).
• The transition between life and afterlife.
• What souls do in the spirit world.
• How our lives change when we know where home is.
• The nature of Karma (and irrelevance of ideas like sin, punishment, good and evil).

Dr. McKay's presentation will begin with the story of how he established contact with Jordan after death and some of the important things Jordan has to say. He will lead participants through an experiential exercise doing actual channeled writing. To do the channeled writing exercise of conversing with a soul in spirit you'll need:
• An object that connects you to that soul (a gift or something belonging to the soul in life).
• A notepad on which to write questions and channeled answers.
There will also be a period for questions and answers.

Understanding and Navigating your States of Consciousness
Ralph Metzner, PhD

<![CDATA[]]>](https://fmbr.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Metzner-1.png)
Every state of consciousness that we experience, ranging from the familiar states of waking, sleeping, dreaming and meditating, to the expansive spiritual states of mystics, visionaries and psychedelic explorers, has its own distinctly different mind-space and time-stream. Expanded and expansive states occur daily when we wake up from sleep, also with moments of creative inspiration, the ecstasies of intimacy, peaceful contemplation, and most dramatically in the visions of mystical and psychedelic explorers. Intentional and purposive contracted states of consciousness, with a narrowing of awareness, occur when we are concentrating on the essential activities of daily work and skillful functioning. Dysfunctional narrowing of awareness occur in states of fear and rage and can become the unhealthy repetitive fixations of addictions and compulsions. Mindfulness practice can help us learn to navigate out of repetitive and negative contracted states into flexible healthy and life-affirming states, directed by the conscious intentions of the higher spiritual self.
