New advances in nonlocal mind-consciousness development and communications are introducing changes in our traditional paradigms of science. One unique development of communications has come through “remote viewing” that allows us to know the world and things around us that are beyond our five senses. In this new concept, the power of consciousness is clearly able to operate as a nonlocal perception, allowing us the ability to sense distance events or objects, as well as inYuence targets. According to Rauscher, nonlocality is described in complex eight space, that is, an eight-dimensional space, where time, past, present and future, and space come together in the now. More and more research is showing that our mind functions within a consciousness Veld that is nonlocal and may also be multidimensional. We are the observer, but in this reality, the observer can make a difference in the world around us.
Results are now overwhelmingly conVrming that we are living in a quantum world with extended spacetime models. Rauscher and the Hurtaks will present their recent work both scientiVcally, as well as experimentally with remote viewing and the implementation of entangled quantum events involving this greater mind dynamics. Rauscher started and chaired the Fundamental Fysiks Group, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and did experiments in remote viewing at SRI in the 1970s and Drs. Hurtak conducted research with Andrija Puharich using remote viewing on a global scale. Together they bring this research to the present and show how it also works in our daily lives.

“Savants”, from the Latin “to know,” can access information without any explanation. Some can draw the periodic table, or speak a foreign language, without any prior exposure. The autistic twins studied by Oliver Sacks could generate 12 digit prime numbers without being able to do simple math, yet their abilities exceeded that of computers at the time. Savant abilities are so similar to ESP, they appear indistinguishable.
Many of the savant children Dr. Powell has studied appear to be highly telepathic. She will present their stories and some of the video footage from her controlled experiments with them. Dr. Powell will also discuss what savants and their brains might be telling us about how our brains really work. Rather than generating consciousness, our brains might merely detect, manipulate, and navigate it.
Neuroscientists primarily study our sensory systems and neurons, which are only ten percent of our brains. Dr. Powell proposes that this neurosensory system primarily detects, and responds to, local events. Detecting non-local events might involve an entirely different system. She will explain why she thinks this system might involve the brain’s ventricles, and the glial cells that make up the other 90%.

Kundalini, the life force energy of spiritual awakening has been described in the Hindu contemplative and yogic traditions for centuries. The secrets of Kundalini have been buried in esoteric texts guarded by masters. Kundalini is a spiritual energy presumed to reside at the base of the spine and when awakened, it is believed to catalyze spiritual evolution and lead to a higher state of consciousness and integration of body mind and spirit. After 25 years of laboratory basic research in cellular neurophysiology, Dr. Acosta entered the field of QEEG (quantitative electroencephalography) in 1996. We’ve long been in search of answers to Big Questions, like where did we come from, is Creation the Big Bang, is there purpose to our lives, why do we suffer, can we make it through the current crisis, what is our future, and is there reason to hope?
There is Reason to Hope based on a new discovery from Dr. Whitehouse’s 40-year study and extension of Arthur Young’s Theory of Process of our reflexive or toroidal universe.
There is a Oneness Pattern to evolution. Whitehouse says we can now say it is a 7-Stage double spiral unfolding of underlying oneness into complete manifest wholeness (oneness of all). With this we can now say for the first time we have a unification theory in which Source, Pattern of Unfolding, and Whole (all parts and processes) are one. With it we can sense what’s trying to take place, What’s Next and what ultimate resolution of duality into Unity or Oneness may be.
This Unification theory applies to religion, physics, philosophy and consciousness. Whitehouse says this theory, for the first time, gives science, religion and philosophy a chance to agree we are telling the same story. To “Reconcile Science and Spirit” was Young’s greatest goal after what came to him as a dream prayer to know “the secrets of the universe.” Young calls it all evolution of consciousness.
Human evolution’s future depends upon our understanding this blueprint, this oneness template. Most agree we are in a state of crisis in the world and in people’s lives. These crises indicate we are right on time for a turning point if we are to have a better future or even a future at all. This is the biggest or key turning point as it is ½ way through our human evolution’s potentials. The nature of this crisis point is predictable. It corresponds to the turning point in the dynamic torus. It shows what is trying to take place that is for our benefit. It takes the intrinsic toroidal movement inward and upward calling us to what is a more transcendent expression of our individual specialness and a better life. This template gives us reason to hope and an understanding of what’s going on and what we can do both individually and collectively.
At the Turning Point, we find our Worldviews at war with each other. The Whitehouse position is that even though a World-Heart-centric view is trying to emerge from the Modern Objective D view, there are two things we need to know to make it through the TURN and to have a better future.
From this theory we not only have a template for our unfolding evolution, but also implications for how we can apply our understanding so we can take action individually and collectively and make a better difference in our lives and world. There is Reason to Hope.
